Founded in 2021, Class Act is a proud woman-owned business serving Boerne, San Antonio, and surrounding communities. At the heart of Class Act is Jaclyn, an etiquette consultant dedicated to helping clients of all ages cultivate the timeless values of good manners, confidence, and gracious living.

Etiquette has long been a personal passion for Jaclyn, first instilled in family core values and later nurtured by a respected mentor who encouraged her to pursue formal training. That passion has since evolved into a professional calling.

Jaclyn's approach is informed by more than a decade of experience in luxury property management, where poise, professionalism, and people skills were essential. Her continued etiquette education includes formal training through The English Manor, one of the most respected names in etiquette instruction.

She works with children, teens, and adults in both in-person and virtual settings, offering guidance in dining etiquette, modern protocol, social graces, and interpersonal skills. Jaclyn’s sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique goals.
